Processes & People
Integrity begins with engineering and is brought to life on the shop floor by our fitters and welders, who are experienced in manufacturing vessels. All welders are qualified per ASME Section IX. We are proficient in:
- GMAW
- FCAW
- GTAW
- SMAW
- SAW
- Proprietary Miller Regulated Metal Deposit (RMD)
- All welds are performed per ASME Section VII & IX, and B31.3
- All NDT is performed by certified ASNT technicians, including X-ray, UT, VT, Dye Pen, and Wet or Dry Mag
- PWHT is performed on site in one of three ovens, and we have local stress and fuel-fired capabilities as well
- We can handle your internal and external coatings including rubber lining, epoxies, high-temp, urethans, coal tar, primers, and thermal spray aluminum (TSA)
- We can also provide insulation, brick lining, fire proofing, weld overlay, and field machining to verify waviness and radial fit
